On a clear night, when the stars are out, it is amazing to see how many stars are in the sky!  I love going out into the country, where there is no light from the city, and look up into the sky.  It is beyond comprehension how many stars are in the sky.  These beads remind me of the night sky with all of the stars.  The lampwork beads are made with a black base bead and then I add a fine sheet of silver foil to the bead and melt it into the glass and then encase it with clear glass.  When you look at the beads, the silver gives them dimension and beauty.  These are simple earrings but elegant and classy at the same time.  They measure 1.5 inches.  I used small s-hook earring wires, sterling silver oval rings, and the black lampwork beads.
