"Julie lived life to the fullest and made every day count.  She loved to travel, loved her family, and her church family and friends."  Those were the words written in her memorial program.  She left this earth too early but will be rememberd by MANY people because for the short amount of time she was here, she touched many people's lives.

Little reminders of our loved ones are precious mementos to have with us and these necklaces were created with that in mind.  Julie's love of lavender and flowers were kept in mind when the lampwork beads were created and the sterling silver cross charms represent her love for the Lord.  I also included a freshwater pearl in each necklace to represent the lost relationship that the monther and daugther suffered when Julie went to be with her Creator.  Julie's mother and sister each received a necklace.
 


 
These two necklaces were designed for Julie's mother and sister.   One was a square bead and the other was a circle bead but they both had a pearl and sterling silver cross charm.  The sterling silver ball chain is simple to keep it casual so that it can be worn every day with anything.  






It was humbling to work on these pieces and find a unique way to honor such a precious woman. I believe I was able to do just that.
